X17 was on the scene XCLUSIVELY last night as Britney Spears found herself being pulled over by the Beverly Hills police! Brit was driving to the pharmacy after a long day of dance at Millennium, when out of nowhere, a motorcycle cop threw on his lights and motioned her over to the side!

Although we can't say for sure why Britney found herself talking to the cops, our photog seemed to think it had something to do with her driving without plates and her windows sporting some serious tint. And she appeared to have trouble finding her registration which would explain the worried look on her face. Nevertheless, the incident passed fairly quickly and the cop apparently elected to let Britney off with a warning.

Cops Let Britney Spears Off with Warning
Britney Spears was pulled over by Beverly Hills police for allegedly speeding but was let off with a warning, authorities say.

She was driving along Sunset Boulevard when she was stopped at 8:45 p.m. Friday.

"She was pulled over for speeding," says Sgt. Mike Foxen of the Beverly Hills Police Department. "She was warned about her speed and let go. She was not cited."

Earlier in the day, Spears had done intense workouts at the Millenium Dance Studio, getting into shape to return to performing. She also has been in the recording studio with music producer JR Rotem, whom she briefly dated.

"Everyone talked about how happy she looked to be back in the studio," says a source. "She came in focused from the start. She's always been a pro when it comes to her music."

Hours of working out at a dance studio seem to have paid off for Britney Spears, who showed off a super-fit physique as she left a session in Los Angeles recently. Wearing a red leotard, black pants and fishnets, the mother-of-two wowed onlookers outside a Hollywood dance studio with her washboard flat stomach and enviably pert bottom.

Mark Ronson not interested to help with Britney's comeback
Producer Mark Ronson is not ashamed to have worked with Robbie Williams. Robbie's last album 'Rudebox' was a chart failure and critically panned, but the music producer is "proud" of the work he did on the LP. Mark said: "I don't want to disassociate myself from 'Rudebox' at all! I'm proud of the stuff I did on that record.

"People were extra hard on him, they didn't like the first single and that seemed to taint the whole album."

But Mark - who has also worked with Christina Aguilera and Amy Winehouse - is not interested in helping Britney with her pop comeback. He said: "I wouldn't really like to help with Britney's comeback. "She can sing but she sounds better over glossy, electronic pop. I don't think our sounds would marry. She can definitely reclaim her pop crown, though."

Where's Jayden James?


Not since Suri has there been a baby mystery of these proportions. We here at TMZ got to thinkin' ... just where has Britney's son Jayden James been? He was born September 12, 2006, and he's really never been seen in public -- except for this shot of his foot.

The only picture we've been able to dig up is reportedly a shot of Jayden, dressed in disguise as a little girl. We can't even verify if that's really him.

It's a whole other Oprah with Britney's oldest, Sean Preston. He's been seen here and there since his birth back in September of 2005.

There are rumors that the divorce settlement between Britney and K-Fed require them not to expose Jayden in public for the prying paparazzi eyes. We've confirmed that is NOT the case.

As for other rumors, we can say for sure that Jayden is just fine and extremely cute to boot.

The Return of The Pop Princess
Britney Spears seems determined to make her comeback to the world, spending hours at dance rehearsals and recording studios.
The 25-year-old songstress wore a ruffled pink top, fishnet stockings and a denim mini skirt out to Millennium Dance Studio in North Hollywood on Monday.
A “trespassing” charge was slapped on one of the paparazzi who was trying to take photos from the roof of the recording studio. He was handcuffed and taken away by security until the police arrived.

Britney Loves Sushi, Country Music and X17!!!
X17 scored another exclusive interview with Britney Spears Friday night! Ok, this was more like a mini-conversation, but we did catch a few words with the pop star when she was waiting to pick up her friend at the Virgin Megastore. We asked her how she was, that all her fans were wondering about her, she said “great, I just can’t find my friend!” Then our photog said he was with X17, and she said “you guys are sweet!”
Earlier that day, she hit her salon/sushi combo on Beverly Glen where got a glimpse inside her car, which contained Sean & Jayden’s carseat, a pack of Marlboro Lights, a Keith Urban CD, and a Kabbalah book called “The Holy Zohar”! We're so glad to see Brit smiling again and if all it takes a little Country, a little Kabbalah and a little kindness from the paps, we're all too happy to oblige!

Sean Garrett was on E! News tongiht, he spoke of Britney. He said that no matter what people say about her, she is magnificent. He confirmed three tracks "Pull Out", "Kiss Me All Over" and "Love". Note that he confirmed the song to be "Pull Out" and not "Pull It". He also said that there was never a time that she was like "I don't wanna do this" or that she was slacking. Britney Spears' sweet tooth is the stuff of legends, but with Earth Day right around the corner, yesterday she found a more organic way to indulge herself! We spotted the pop princess pulling to the side of the road by a fruit stand and watched as she bought an entire flat of strawberries from a roadside vendor. (Hopefully none of those succulent strawberries leaked any juice onto her white dress - after all, unless we're mistaken, it's still pretty new !)

Britney Spears claims to have shaved her head as a tribute to her late aunt who lost her battle with cancer, according to a friend of the former popstar.
Britney Spears stunned the world when she cut off all her hair in full view of paparazzi camera crews at a Los Angeles salon in February (07).
Spears followed the stunt with a well publicized rehab stint - but a pal claims Spears was suffering post-partum depression and grief and shaved off her hair as an act of "solidarity".
The friend dishes to PageSix.com, "Britney's aunt had just died of cancer . She was feeling very guilty because she hadn't been there with her, she was overwhelmingly depressed and she shaved her head in solidarity."


Britney sobers up and shapes up
Only four months ago, Celebrity Babylon spotted a schlumpy, out of shape Britney Spears wandering around a Los Angeles Target store. In red sweats, with her belly bulging out, and clutching a Red Bull, Spears, 25, looked like she hadn't seen the inside of a gym in a while. But in photos taken of the pop-star and mother of two taken in April, the difference is not only noticeable but amazing!

Turns out, Spears has been working with personal trainer Manny Bujold to get rid of the almost 40 pounds she gained during her pregnancies (Sean Preston is 19-months, Jayden James, 7-months). "She's very much leaned-out," says Bujold, who says his famous client actually "likes crunches!" Aside from saying she works out two to four times a week at her Beverly Hills home, Bujold says she's good about not complaining, as he can be "mean" about the disciplined work-out regime. We also know that Spears has been hitting the dance studio regularly, and likes to take jazz and hip-hop dance classes just miles from her home. Britney has also taken to eating six small meals a day, rather than a few big ones, "mini-meals" she calls them. One thing she hasn't given up, her love of those calorie busing drinks from Starbucks, but when a dance work out can burn 1,500 calories, she can afford to suck one down! So what's her ultimate goal? Trainer Bujold says, "I heard her say she wants to look good in a bikini!"

April 20, 2007 BRITNEY Spears has no one to blame but herself if she loses custody of her two sons and ruins her career, according to her father, Jamie Spears.
In a statement to Page Six yesterday, Jamie sticks up for Britney's manager Larry Rudolph - who was fired by Britney last Friday, as we first reported.
Britney was furious with Rudolph for forcing her into the Promises rehab clinic in February after she went out almost every night for a month, posed for photos in her underwear with New York dancers and shaved her head.
Jamie Spears told us in an e-mail: "When Larry Rudolph talked Britney into going into rehab, he was doing what her mother, father and team of professionals with over 100 years of experience knew needed to be done. She was out of control. Larry was the one chosen by the team to roll up his sleeves and deliver the message, to help save her life.
"The Spears family would like to publicly apologize to Larry for our daughter's statements about him over the past few weeks. Unfortunately, she blames him and her family for where she is at today with her kids and career. Larry has always been there for Britney. For this, we will forever be grateful to him."
Britney told us via her rep, "I am praying for my father. We have never had a good relationship. It's sad that all the men that have been in my life do not know how to accept a real woman's love. I am concentrating on my work and my life right now."
A pal of Britney said the pop tart "had no drugs in her system when she was admitted to Promises - they [tested her] and there was nothing. She was embarrassed she had to go in there when she knew she was suffering from postpartum depression, not a drug or alcohol problem."
As for the bizarre head-shaving incident, the pal continued, "Britney's aunt had just died of cancer. She was feeling very guilty because she hadn't been there with her, she was overwhelmingly depressed and she shaved her head in solidarity."
A friend of Rudolph, who's hired high-powered p.r. man Allan Mayer, said, "Britney obviously has a lot of issues . . . Larry's trying to lay low and letting her act out, but . . . he doesn't want to see her wind up like Anna Nicole Smith. He won't get into a public fight with her - yet. This is about saving her from herself." Mayer had no comment.

Britney Denies Liposuction Rumors
Britney Spears has denied rumors she had liposuction during her recent trip to Las Vegas. The 'Toxic' singer was rumored to have had the treatment in Las Vegas on Monday, April 9, to get her figure in shape for her pop comeback.

Britney's representative has denied the claims. The star stayed at the luxurious Wynn resort with a girlfriend and several bodyguards.

Britney visited the pool on Monday but she stayed out of sight for most of the time in a cabana.

She then dined on sushi at Nobu in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, wearing an auburn bobbed wig, a straw cowboy hat and large sunglasses.

Meanwhile, Britney's relationship with her manager Larry Rudolph is said to be on the rocks again.

Britney and Larry parted ways shortly after she married Kevin Federline, but were reunited after she filed for divorce. Rudolph encouraged her to go to rehab and allegedly ordered her friends not to take her calls on the night she shaved her head.

A source told Us Weekly magazine: "There is tension. He's been trying to get her help, and she doesn't feel she needs it.

"It is tough love."

Britney Really Is Bringing Sexy Back


X17Online.com: Back at the Millennium Dance Complex yesterday, Britney is working it on out on the dance floor. After a short stop at Epitome, Britney was back in the studio, legwarmers and all. An inside source tells X17 that Brit isn't rehearsing for an upcoming performance, but just getting back in shape and getting her groove back. She danced for about 45 minutes, with a few people. It is said she sometimes drops the wig so she can fully work it out, but that when she does so, she's usually got a hat on.

Larry’s Not Fired…Yet Plus Britney Blames Paris
TMZ.com: Britney Spears is blaming Paris Hilton for hurling her into the anti-panty, head-shaving downward spiral which landed her in rehab ... and now she wants someone to pay!

According to Page Six, Britney is enraged with her manager, Larry Rudolph, for introducing her to "nemesis" Hilton last November -- and reportedly gave him the axe for it last week. But as of this morning, TMZ could not confirm that Rudolph was actually fired ... yet.

Britney ate a sushi dinner at Shu, and headed back. This time though, they went it alone without the help of her bodyguard team. The two set out in the new Jaguar followed by an amazing number of paparazzi close behind. Britney''s bodyguards drove her home and not a minute later came back out in the new Jaguar and went back to the spa for yet another hour. X17 XCLUSIVE - Britney Sets The Record Straight - Part 2



Here's Part 2 of 4 in our exclusive Britney mini-series! And in this installment, you'll get the story straight from our photographer, Sandro, a former police officer from Brazil.
Sandro was requested specifically by Britney, out of all the photographers there last night, to go in and film Brit's public message. Sandro told me that Britney said it's because she has noted Sandro's professionalism and his respect for her each time he's taken pictures or recorded video of her. Her security detail also told us Britney had said, "Gimme X17!" when she made her request for a cameraman.
Sandro said he was somewhat nervous and had no idea what Britney was going to say to him, but he was at ease when she took him into a private room in the tanning salon to record. Britney said she wanted him to interview her and when Sandro suggested questions about her family and about Kevin, Britney said, "No, it's my time." Sandro honored her request, of course, and just let her do the talking.
Britney then recorded her "speech" a second time after asking Sandro to playback the first version in the camera. After a second recording, she thanked Sandro and he left the tanning salon.
Britney and Allie then went a few doors down to a sushi restaurant where she again requested that Sandro come inside to record. Brit even offered for him to sit down and join them! Sandro, however, felt he was intruding and politely declined her offer (I would have sat down with her in the heartbeat!), but he said Britney was the nicest celebrity he has ever encountered and that she was sweet and genuine; she treated him like friend. The two came out driving a new Jaguar with a team of bodyguards following close behind. Brit went for a tanning session and then for a sushi dinner in Bel Air with her cousin Allie and as the two were in the tanning salon, Britney called for X17 photographer Sandro, to come in and videotape her message to the public. This confused me at first, but I figured out that she means "It's my time to talk, so don't ask questions."

I can tell you some of the producers that have been working or are arranging their plans to go to the studio with Britney Spears. The producers are the next ones:

-Sean Garrett
-The Neptunes
-Polow Da Pon
-Scott Storch
-Jonathan "J.R." Rotem
-Ne-Yo
-John Legend
-Mark Bell
-Guy Singsworth
-William Orbit

Sean Garrett is going to be the main producer and composer of the project. He is giving a sophisticated R&B flavour, with a really innovative sound. He is deciding and catching most of the producers and composers according to the plan, by the label. He has been in touch with artists such as Scott Storch, The Neptunes (which he collaborated with previously), Polow and J.R., that have send him most of the songs (some of them: Rebellion, Love (In The Bahamas), Kiss Me All Over, Pull In, already recorded)

But apart from the new songs, there are some others, from different recording sessions that could be in the final project. Most of these songs have a dance/electronic influence and come from the Mark Bell, Guy Sigsworth (Everytime, Over To You Now) sessions. Also there is a song sended by William Orbit for the In The Zone album, that could be recorded. This song has a non-defined title yet: In Too Deep

John Legend entered in the studio too with Britney in the fall of 2004. They recorded two songs: "Finally" (which at the end was given to Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas to appear in her debut album) and "What If", which could be in the final cut.

So as you can see, there is nothing confirmed yet. There is a lot of work to do and we are just listening to plenty of songs, discussing plenty of things... But I can promise you that Britney is going to come better than ever and starting a new musical period. Credit: UBritney.com

Bringing Britney Back-Ryan Seacrest Speaks To Lary Rudolph
American Idol doesn't just bring out the stars—it brings out the star's embattled reps. Ryan Seacrest spoke exclusively with Britney Spears' manager Larry Rudolph at Wednesday's results show, where he confirmed reports of trouble in professional paradise, admitting that there has been "friction" between him and his recovering star client since she left rehab last month. But her mood grew more thoughtful when another pap told Britney that she is doing great since getting out of rehab. She got teary and said, “Thank you, I love you.” An onlooker tells Usmagazine.com, “You could tell that words of support really mean a lot to her right now.”
Luke Has A Girlfriend ... It's Not Britney

Justin Timberlake: I Called Britney Spears
Justin Timberlake was so concerned about Britney Spears, who entered rehab in February, that he reached out to her, he has revealed.
"I called her because I worried about her," Timberlake, 26, said recently at a press day for his new movie Shrek The Third.

But Spears, who checked out of Malibu's Promises treatment center in March after nearly a month, is on the right track, Timberlake said.

"She's a great woman. I'm rooting for her," he said. "[It] seems like she's getting everything under control now."

Timberlake, who in January split with Cameron Diaz (his costar in Shrek, who also attended the press day), said being single has its ups and downs.

"The advantages are that you don't get in as many arguments, and the disadvantage is that you're talking to yourself," he said.

But he isn't exactly lonely. Timberlake spent time with Jessica Biel, 25, at a barbecue party at his L.A. house last week, PEOPLE reports in its new issue.

Things between the pair got "hot and heavy," says a source in the singer's circle.

This isn't the first time Timberlake and Biel have been spotted together: In January they went snowboarding with a group of friends in Park City, Utah, and hung out backstage at one of Timberlake's concerts in San Diego.

And at Prince's Golden Globes party that month, Timberlake and Diaz had a spat after Diaz saw Timberlake chatting with Biel.

As for Biel, when it comes to Timberlake, a source tells PEOPLE the actress is "crazy about him."
